Hello Team!

I've attached the Athlete Entry report (as of today at 2:45pm) for our upcoming meet this Wednesday, July 8.

A few things to note:

1. Events are rearranged - IM will be right after the break between events 30-31 - so the order of events will be the same as the Waterford Meet:

Events 1-4 Medley Relays

Events 5-16 Freestyle

Events 17-28 Backstroke

Events 29 & 30 - Free Relays (8 and under and 10 and under)

5-minute break

Events 31-38 - IM

Events 39-48 - Butterfly

Events 49-58 - Breaststroke

Events 59 & 60 - Free Relay (ages 11-13 and 14-18)

2. Because of #1, you will now need to RE-ENTER your swimmer's events if you had already done that - if not, the coaches will sign them up for events in which they feel are appropriate for your swimmer. 

3. For age groups 11 and older we will be doing flyover starts this meet (like they did for Pinnacle) to help speed up the meet! The coaches will work on this at practice with the 11 and up age group. 

4. Updated times from this meet will be converted to 25m times and sent to MOWSC for updated seeding times for conference, so the psych sheet might change slightly. Our pool and all newer pools are 25 yard pools, which is NCAA standard, but the rest of the pools in the conference are 25m except Palomar. For reference, a 25 yard pool is only 22.86 meters, so times are faster when recorded in our pool or Palomar's pool. If you see a time with an asterisk by it, it is a "converted" time, depending on the pool in which the time was achieved and the pool in which the meet is being held.

All that being said, sign ups are open until 11:59pm TONIGHT, July 6th.

Theme for our last regular meet of the season is TEAM SPIRIT!

We will also be honoring our three Seniors - Sawyer Campbell, Amelia Lee, and Tucker Wilson.
