Keene Trace Ducks Swim Team

Welcome to the Keene Trace Ducks Swim Team—where summer means swimming, teamwork, and community in the heart of the Bluegrass in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Founded in 2024, the Ducks are proud to be the newest team in the Man O’ War Swim Conference, joining several outstanding teams from the Lexington area.

The Ducks offer opportunities for swimmers of all ages and experience levels. Younger swimmers build strong foundational skills and gain confidence as they prepare for weekly meets, while older athletes focus on endurance, stroke refinement, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.

Our season runs from mid-May through mid-July, creating a summer filled with friendship, competition, mentorship, and personal growth. Our mission is to help swimmers discipline their bodies, develop self-control in the water, and promote good sportsmanship while strengthening the sense of community that makes Keene Trace special.
